Varian

Varian is a half-elf evocation wizard who has been with the guild for the past seven months. He originally joined the guild to find a way to use his magical talents for something positive and to get away from his mentor.

A few months ago, Varian learnt that his mentor disappeared suddenly, so he broke into his hidden tower and stole some of his tomes and research. Using these tomes provides Varian a lot of information and skills, but it comes with a price as his mentor wasn’t quite stable and had a habit of cursing his things.

Lately, Varian keeps very busy with his research but still tries to find time for adventuring with his allies, not to mention becoming the unofficial liaison between the guild and the Verdant Light. After the guild freed the Ethereal Tower from Malix’s control Varian, on behalf of the guild, and the Verdant Light took control of the tower and are using it as a base.
