Kalthav Harbor

Until the collaborative invention of the Scaleship with Ahkari, Kalthav Harbor was primarily a harbor to gather resources from the sea. Kalthav Habor is the sole exporter of green coal, odd chunks of green ice that melts at an extremely slow rate; when burned, the fire emits a cooling effect.
