Yip-Yip, the High Drake and Executioner of the Kobolds of the Temple of the Black Veil, works to enforce his view of law on the other factions within the caverns under the temple.
The kobold rules with an iron fist, commanding his people in a very organized front. With his leadership, the kobolds organize guerilla bands to stop more powerful enemies and spear walls to fend off the weaker factions, particularly the goblins under the temple that share a floor with them.

Yip-Yip seeks only to serve his deity by keeping law and order. He sees the goblins as the antithesis of this, despite heir lawful means. They simply have a very different view of the law from him and what he believes Verismol would prefer.

Yip-Yip has ruled over the Kobolds of the Black Veil for the past several years, since 214. During this time, he has led the kobolds to growing exceptionally stronger.

Religious Views

Yip-Yip, much like the rest of the kobolds within the Temple, follow Verismol. Yip-Yip in particular is exceptionally pious in his devotion.
