Effect

[spoiler\ A bolt of roiling and slightly twinkling water wells up in your hand before being launched away. Make a ranged spell attack against a creature in range. On a hit, you deal 1d8 bludgeoning damage. If the target is a fiend or undead, you instead deal 1d12 positive energy damage and you score a critical hit on a roll of 19 or 20.   The spell’s damage increases by one die when you reach 5th level (2d8 or 2d12), 11th level (3d8 or 3d12), and 17th level (4d8 or 4d12). |5th Edition[/spoiler]
