Peace Domain
In the intricate landscape of Elaris, the concept of peace stands as a soothing balm that flourishes at the very core of harmonious communities, between amicable nations, and within the depths of compassionate souls. The gods of peace manifest as guiding beacons, igniting the sparks of goodwill and driving individuals from all walks of life to forge pathways of resolution. These deities nurture the delicate flame of tranquility, ever vigilant against the encroaching forces that seek to hinder the blossoming of serenity.
As patrons of peace, these divine figures inspire a diverse tapestry of individuals, urging them to bridge the chasms of discord and seek common ground. People from every corner of the world are drawn to the ideals they embody, and together, they form a united front against the tumultuous waves that threaten to drown the gentle melodies of harmony.
The clerics who dedicate themselves to the Peace Domain assume a noble role as mediators and arbiters. They preside over the signing of treaties, fostering understanding between parties locked in conflict and guiding them toward a path of mutual accord. These clerics wield a profound gift—the ability to draw people together, to facilitate communication, and to bear the weight of others’ struggles upon their own shoulders. Their divine blessings, channeled through their serene touch, kindle an ember of empathy that burns within the hearts of those they touch.
Yet, these clerics are not mere pacifists; they stand ready to harness their divine magic in the name of peace. They bolster the spirits of those who take up arms not for conquest, but for the preservation of harmony. The forces of good that reside within their spells are channeled to uplift those who fight valiantly, not against enemies, but against the corrosive forces that threaten the very essence of peace itself.
You gain the following spells at the listed cleric levels as domain spells.
You gain proficiency in your choice of the Insight, Performance, or Persuasion skills.
You can forge an empowering bond among people who are at peace with one another. As an action, you begin to concentrate (as though on a spell) and choose a number of willing creatures within 30 feet of you equal to your Cleric Power Reservoir. You create a magical bond among them for 10 minutes or until you use this feature again. While any bonded creature is within 30 feet of another, the creature can roll a d4 and add the number rolled to an attack roll, an ability check, or a saving throw it makes. Each creature can add the d4 no more than once per turn. If any creature affected by this feature deals damage to a creature affected by this feature (including itself), this feature ends immediately.
You can use this feature a number of times equal to your Cleric Power Reservoir, and you regain all expended uses when you finish a long rest.
You can use your Channel Divinity to make your very presence a soothing balm. As an action, you can shift up to your speed and when you move within 5 feet of any other creature during this action, you can restore a number of hit points to that creature equal to 2d6 + your Cleric Power Reservoir. A creature can receive this healing only once whenever you take this action.
You can effect a number of creatures equal to your Power Reservoir.
The bond you forge between people helps them protect each other. When a creature affected by your Emboldening Bond feature is about to take damage, a second bonded creature within 30 feet of the first that can see the first can use its reaction to teleport to an unoccupied space within 5 feet of the first creature. The second creature then takes the damage instead, and if the damage is from an attack, that attack becomes a critical hit.
You add your Wisdom modifier to the damage you deal with any cleric cantrip. Additionally, casting a cleric cantrip that deals damage no longer requires you to use a 0-level spell slot.
The benefits of your Emboldening Bond and Protective Bond features now work when the creatures are within 60 feet of each other. Moreover, when a creature uses Protective Bond to take someone else’s damage, the creature has resistance to that damage, and attacks are no longer treated as critical hits.
