Councilor of Sanitation & Repairs Selman Maryon (a.k.a. "The Scandal")

Lord Maryon is an older human man, in his late 60s, who wed the rather youthful Wood Elven maiden Talaen (in her early 30s) twenty years after his wife and three children were killed in an estate fire. Talaen has given him a half elven son, Tolen, and daughter, Eselwyn, though it is likely that Talaen will outlive all three of them, given her extreme youth and elven heritage. House Maryon’s lands are leased to the heardsmen who raise cattle for milk, beef, and hide.
