Mordin high
Upon inhilation of steam lead trough a blend of Mordin leaves, a target makes a Con. saving throw (DC 16), (note that the DC depends on the potency of the leaf as well as previous exposiour of the target to the vapor). On a failed save the target becomes Stunned Poisoned and sees in to the etherial plane up to 20 ft. for 1d6 hours. After the high has worn of the target gains one point of exhaustion.
Symptoms
While high the target experiences vivid auditive and visual hallucinations.
