Any member of the Clan Dragonstout can be appointed to the office of master of coin by the Dragonstout king.

Appointment

The king appoints the master of coin directly to office. After being handed the mark of coins, one is officially in office.

Responsibilities

The master of coin is responsible for overseeing the finances of Clan Dragonstout and the collection of taxes.
