The master of law

Qualifications

Any member of the Clan Dragonstout can be appointed to the office of master of law by the Dragonstout king.

Appointment

The king appoints the master of ships directly to office. After being handed the tome of laws, one is officially in office.

Responsibilities

The master of ships is responsible for keeping up the tome of laws. Also, he presides over court cases not presided over by the king

Upon apointment to the office of master of law an individual serves until death or royal degree removes him from office.
