The Abyss

To Whom Death hath passed his judgement

The Abyss is pure darkness located far beneath the planet's crust. The standard belief among those of the land is that your soul will travel to The Abyss once you die. The Goddess will then repurpose your soul's energy and place it back into the land so that her children may live on forever. Even those who choose to disobey or outright not believe in The Goddess are given this treatment, as all who bear life upon the land are still her children.
