The Collective

The Collective are a group of freedom fighters that operate in exact opposition to The Order of the Divine Land. Believing The Order of the Divine Land to be corrupt and serving to better their own agendas.  Due to how expansive and powerful The Order of the Divine Land  is however, The Collective are seen as terrorists in the public eye. The Seven Holy Rays of Heaven's Divine Light are often called in to investigate and enact swift justice upon The Collective's members.  Though seeing as how there are only seven of them, The Order of the Divine Land usually has to rely on their standard everyday guardsmen.
The nation of Kalabash recently passed a law deeming all those who associate or assist any known Collective members as criminals.  This law has become a point of contention both within and outside of the nation.  Ironically giving more credence to the story The Collective has been spreading about The Order of the Divine Land.  Fear of this law spreading to other nations has led The Collective to begin operating in secret.  Only taking the public eye when the time comes to send a message or when they feel there are no other options.
