Karpathian - Human

Physical Description: The Karpathian humans tend to have olive skin, dark hair, and to be of smaller build. The average height and weight males is 5' 6" and 150 lb, while females are 5' 2" and 110 lb. They are best known for their aquiline nose structures.
Society: Traditionally, Karpathian society is extremely rigid. The social structure of Karpathians is based on heredity, property, wealth, citizenship and freedom. The boundaries between the different classes are strict and legally enforced: members of different classes even dress differently. Although the classes are strictly defined, there is a lot of interaction. Slaves and some freemen work the in homes of the upper classes, and soldiers also mix with their officers.
Relations: While the Karpathaians seem quite civilized, their genteel facade is tempered with shock, hurt and anger towards the Unmade, the cause of their exile from their homes on the Karpathian continent.
Alignment and Religion: These folk tend to be of the Neutral if not Lawful alignment (which is the most common), but they are certainly not exclusively so. In the same vein, they typically worship in the Church of the AllFather.
Adventurers: Karpathians are all exiles from their original homes; hence, they are already displaced wanderers in their minds. The call of adventuring is a strong lure as they often feel lost as a people, and also wish to have a strong set of skills should the call to return home arise.
Karpathian Ethnic Traits: They receive a +2 racial bonus to Diplomacy.
