Pelan Icefields

This sparcely populated country on the southeastern side of the Sea of Whispers is little more than barren rocks and immense icefields. The population is concentrated around the northern coast, and subsist mainly on hunting seals. Those strong and hardy enough to travel inland that return whisper of fell beasts and strange creatures inhabiting the central mountains. This has never been confirmed.
