Of the four alchemists who started the Cult of Nocticula - The Dreambringers the dark haired Ramona is probably the most skilled. It was her who by accident created the Dream and it is also her who controls most of its production. Ramona is not a bad person. She simply enjoys the finer things in life – good food, expensive drink, attractive young men, high stakes gambling – and is therefore always in need of coin.
The alchemist prefers to know as little of the effects her product has on her customers as possible and would be shocked to hear about some of the plans her fellow Heralds have come up with. She prefers to stay out of the whole thing, spending her days in the clean, quiet laboratory and her nights mingling with high society...without losing too much sleep over what damage the Dream might do.
