Upper East Sullen

Upper East Sullen is the latest addition to the town of Brier Glen. This district is located Northeast of the proper town and borders the great wall of Yharm. Upper East Sullen is the largest district in Brier Glen and is full of shanty wooden buildings, peasants and minor craftsmen. Because the land here is so cheap to purchase and easy to build on, a verity of small business places have sprouted up in strange places.
