Vex is a Job Broker for the Thieves Guild. She usually assigns jobs of framing others, burglary, and heists. She also appraised a gem the Dragonborn Tolsirion brought to her as a Stone of Barenziah's Crown. This then about a year later was what brought Daelistra to the Thieve's Guild on Tolsirion's behalf.
Vex is one of the finest masters of subterfuge in all Tamriel.
