The Green Dragon Tavern is known for it's fun and up-beat atmosphere
The owner Tammis Goodvale is well known for his ownership of the Tavern. The tavern is rarely slow and is most busy in the afternoons and very early morning hours/late at night. Hours of operation are 12:00pm-2:00am. Tammis is strict on the doors closing at 2:00am unless on celebration nights he keeps it open to 3:00am.
Tammis bought the tavern off an old elven man that was tired of keeping the tavern up & running. He bought it for only 450GP as the old man wanted to be rid of it after his wife died. Tammis still sometimes visits the man at his humble house and gives him some profit from the tavern. Tammis breathed life back into the tavern and the old man has always been grateful for him.

Tammis is a human/Orc hyrbid.
He has a reputation for his ownership of The Green Dragon and how it is always at least one of the most lively places in town.
He is a hardworking, honest man that loves to be in business.
He often refers to the tavern as is his "wife".
He enjoys keeping the female workers safe and employed while paying them very decently.
He currently has a 250GP reward out for the capture or death of Rezi Humingrock's murderer.
The barmaids enjoy working at the tavern and rarely have complaints.
The current barmaids Include: Galia Bravestone, Nerida Birdlook & Thea Redds. Rezi Humingrock was the 4th barmaid but was recently found dead.
Recently one of the tavern's own was murdered outside the tavern after the late closing hours. Rezi humingrock was found by a drunk homeless man stumbling to the tavern in hopes it was open at about 2:45AM
