The hobgoblins of the Dominion of Tars started raiding the elven lands the raids ended after the Averland emperor deployed several regiments of troops and a large portion of the air fleet to hunt down the pirates.

Folowing raids by the hobgoblins from the Dominion of Tars the averland empire deployed troops and started raiding Tars shipping and settlemnts to force the Dominion to return slaves caut. The dominjon gave upp and returned most of teh slaves chaptured and paid reperations.
