Fiendborn are the more demonic looking of Spiritborn. They are considered ugly and unnatural with deformaties that invoke terror. When outside the bounds of their own society, uncovered and known as a fiendborn, they follow a singular stereotype of being demure and subdued.

Shared customary codes and values
Fiendborn protect fiendborn, no questions asked. They face enough hardships in life that they share the felt need to stick together and focus on the needs of themself and fellow fiendborn.
Common Dress code
Fiendborn keep themselves covered head to toe to hide their deformaties when out in the open. In their villages or where they are accepted, they proudly display their corruption and don't hide.

Fiendborn food tends to involve the use of undesired ingredients and heavy seasoning and spices to make said ingredients taste better.
Common Customs, traditions and rituals
It is customary once a fiendborn reaches adulthood they spend several years outside their village, networking with other spiritborn villages and kidnapping infant fiendborn in non spiritborn villages.
Birth & Baptismal Rites
When a spiritborn child is born, they are often abducted by another fiendborn and taken to a village friendly with the race. They are given first to a mother who can feed and sustain the child, then handed over to a childless couple.
Coming of Age Rites
Once a fiendborn's traits have emerged, they are dressed in finery and reintroduced into their society with a chosen name.
Funerary and Memorial customs
When a fiendborn dies, they are dressed humbly for a funeral, then wrapped lightly in thin linens and left in the wilds to return their body to the elements and wildlife.
Common Taboos
Showing their face or corruption to outsiders is considered taboo. In some societies, mingling with Seraphborn is also forbidden.

The less corrupted a Fiendborn looks the more beautiful they are considered.

Fiendborn are discouraged from reproducing and courting, but, in their villages where they are accepted, they flourish. Courtship among the fiendborn revolve around mutual trust, physical touch, and compatible energies.
Relationship Ideals
In a relationship with a fiendborn, the biggest ideal is having compatible energies, seconded by trust. A fiendborn is extremely physically affectionate, lavishing their partner with healthy touches such as holding hands, touching hands to cheeks, cheek to cheek, and touching the parts of the partner's body where they are most insecure.
