Infrastructure

Districts
The tower is divided into four sections. The bottom most section is open to the public to browse common learning materials, visit loved ones, and contract the guild for jobs. The second section is open to students and above, where they live and learn. The third section is open to teachers and guild members for residential, common gathering, research and development, and so on. The last section is open only to the Headmaster and Assistant Headmaster for their own personal use and sealing away forbidden materials.
Surrounding the tower is a large village that sprung up over the centuries since it's founding. The town works in sync with the tower as a separate entity.
Assets
The Tower is in possession of a multitude of books, including some very rare tomes. In addition, there is an abundance of magical components, enchanted items, relics, etc.
History
The tower itself has existed for centuries, abandoned by dwarves after Atlor's Judgement. It was repurposed by Temple Warlow to create a safe space for individuals to learn and study. She augmented this by offering her service and knowledge.
Architecture
While it is called a tower, it is effectively an ancient fort built sturdily of molded stone by Dwarven masons thousands of years ago. It is very plain and geometrical, functional over formal, but the students have made it their own with decorations and painting.
