This school is loved for the cool stuff it can bring but also fears for that same reason. Why invite more monsters into the world when it already has enough? People are afraid because these people can practically manipulate monsters. Even though the structured school can blast them away, the power to summon a weapon from nowhere instills a different kind of fear among people. So, when learning this school, be mindful of the people around you.
