Azul Bee

You smell something Sweet in the air, and as you move forward, you hear buzzing, in the air but it is much louder than you expect. When something blue flies past you, you almost miss it, but when you turn your head, you see a blue and brown big bee staring back at you. Would you risk it for the honey?

Basic Information

Anatomy

Their body is divided into two parts: head and a body with six legs and four wings. The body of the exoskeleton kind is hairy. In blue and brown, there is a stinger at the end of the body with four more smaller stingers attached. They have two antennas on their head a mouth with Pinchers and two large deep blue eyes.

Biological Traits

  • They have two stomachs, one for digesting and the other for storing pollen water, which they transport back to the hive.
  • A larger stinger with four smaller stingers inside. When a larger stinger becomes trapped in the victim. The bee uses four smaller ones to propel it out and tear the smaller one. If they try to sting again, they will not be able to extract the biggest one easily. All five stingers contain a venom that can slow down a person based on their size. It can cause them to fall asleep and result in a swollen wound. Too much poison can halt the victim's heart.
  • They have the ability to set their wings to flap at varied intervals while adding mana into the air. To create a miniature windshield for a brief time. Making it more difficult to be hit by an attacking creature.
  • They also are the fastest and most aerodynamic bees out there. Able to travel up to 20mph- 24mph to a food source with food 16mph.

Genetics and Reproduction

Only a queen could produce additional bees. She will be impregnated by drones, which are male bees. A Queen lays eggs in the cones, which worker bees fill with honey and seal to let the larva to grow. Every now and then, two bees will give out a set that indicates that they are queens. They will be partnered with to grow, and if the old queen dies, one will stay, while the other will take a portion of the colony and leave. If it is not time for a new queen, then two possible queens will set out with a small portion of bees and establish their own colonies.

Ecology and Habitats

They are usually found in the fey Forest on the continent of Raygon's Southern part. There have been other areas that they have not discovered, but it is usually limited to the southern region of Raygon. The forest contains larger and bigger flowers, so they choose to drive in that area. You find their Hive on a truck of trees.

Dietary Needs and Habits

They eat mostly pollen nectar and tree SAP.

Additional Information

Uses, Products & Exploitation

  • Their honey is among the thickest and sweetest available.
  • They're poisoned to manufacture some really good sleeping agents and anesthesia
  • Their eyeballs have been used to manufacture jewelry.

Facial characteristics

Two antennas, pincer mouth, and Deep Blue Eyes

Perception and Sensory Capabilities

Azul Bees only have two eyes, yet they can see quickly and within 368 degrees of their head. Now, like any other form of bee, they have an exceptionally keen sense of smell and will be able to detect pollen from far away and what hive a bee belongs to. These Azul Bess have average hearing and taste. Azul bees have a stong sense of touch, they have a better feel for wind shifts at a faster rate this helps with flying being faster than most other bees. So they are able to modify their flight paths pretty quickly thanks to the spell of this sense the difference in the wind and the environment.
