Guiding Star
Guiding Star is organization is an Adventure group that is based in Kingdom of Harmony. there is a group that helps people and find Adventures jobs.
Structure
- GS Region Guild Masters is the highest rank you can get in the Guild you will be covering over oh area of the guilt influence making sure that the Guild and the Kingdom or kingdoms that you're involved with are working together. Also, you are helping each Guild Master get what they need and working with them to help the community
- Unity Guild Masters are in charge of a central Adventurer Guild in a major city or capital. They also helped other guild masters work together and work with the Kingdom they are working in. They were also required to make sure that they no when how the girls can help within the rulings of the Kingdom and set those boundaries up through the Guild
- Guild Masters are in charge of an adventuring Guildhall they didn't tear out the space between the city town or wherever their guild's headquarters is and the adventurers. But he also enforced the Guild rules and oh monitor and enforce the Kingdom rules.
- AD Mentors our guides and structures for all the adventurers. They also help out guild masters by checking in on the adventurers and making sure of their activities. They also are there to advise and teach other adventurers
- Clerks they help with a lot of the office work paper supplies and also submitting the quest and checking is the quest got completed by adventurers. Help maintain order and structure in the hall and the dealings and businesses with the quest giver.
- 6 Star Adventurers this is the top tier of adventurers only like 10% have become 6 star, Adventurer
- 5 Star Adventurers are the ones that know what they are doing and how to do it. 25% of adventurers will make it to 5 Star
- 3 Star Adventurer finally has an adventurer the has his feet on the ground. This is where most people eventually end up and retire from.
- 2 Star Adventurer the training boost could be taken off and you're ready to go out start to make a name for yourself
- Staring Star Adventurer the place everyone starts from welcome to the adventuring life
Culture
Well culture change depending on place and what suvice they are providing. Their are a couple thanks are the same. People working together and sharing their experience. As well a lot people love tell story of their quest they have done. It also can dose get little complicated to show off and be the best. The guild doe have rule about top doging. It the guilds want and desire to he the more experience to share and help the lest experience. They haveentor system and teacher for paid to have other learn one before

History
they founded 100 years after harmony became a kingdom. it from by Lando and elf cleric from the old party who thought they need group not of the kingdom to help as they did back in the day. it became harder for them to just go out Adventuring and help other they meet because of political stuff. know Lando knew they were doing what need to survive and become diving kingdom. he and few were restless and want to get back out with them. so at first he and few buddies start to go out Adventure again. then they meet people helping them. having a great time. they even meet young Adventures told stories and gave them tips on to survive. it was going great out. Until the exploring cave when they came across young Adventure take on couple minotaurs and have butte hand to them. so they step in and take out the minotaurs. then they ask the Adventures what were they think to look at the new start and not well train ether. the explain the was start out on there own form Harmony when came across an elderly man need and would pay well to take out these monster. well, after they explain the young Adventures ask them to teach them. the agreed and return to harmony where start guild new Adventures and then it grew into what it is today.
