Mechanics & Inner Workings

A tight mask that covers your complete face and is held tight by an elastic band. THe front of it is a plastic cover that allows you to see your surroundings. Two filters are located on the bottom of the mask, near your mouth. To a certain extent, these filters remove contaminants from the air, making it more breathable. There is a button on the mass and between the two filter connecting sections, just above your lips. When pressed, it will activate the enchantment, providing you with breathing air for 15 minutes.

Manufacturing process

The plastic covering and elastic straps are produced on their own. The metal frame is constructed with the filters and air bubble enchantment in place. The frame is designed to fit the form of the face size on which it will be mounted, as are the filter holders. While it is being imprinted with the Air Bubble  enchantment. The filter and button are then installed with a plastic covering and elastic bands. Then the KZ mask are ready for utilization.
