They are to lead everyone to Mandio and demonstrate the way of the will. They wish to help people gain knowledge and experience that will bring them closer to Mandio's desires. So they are known for teaching, studying, experimenting, and pushing the boundaries of the known world.

Tenets of Faith

Learn Mandio wants his followers to become scholars and  academically gifted individuals. He believes that his followers should challenge the limits of their knowledge and ambitions. The more you learn about the planet's magic, science, and all other knowledge, the better you'll be able to figure out how to use it to overcome world limits. Mandio wants to see you all be very creative in how you use the planet that has been bestowed upon you.

Apply Mandio would want you to put what you have learned into practice. Check to see if you're correct, and recalculate if you're not. And then try again, because applying all the knowledge you know will expose you to the divine, allowing you to see Mandio's desire for you.

Mandio presented an infinite number of choices and asked you to learn and master all you can and push past them. Mandio esteems individuals who pursue knowledge and endeavor to expand their understanding, even if only by a fraction. He finds satisfaction in those who dare to challenge conventional norms. Adherents of Mandio believe that the mind holds greater significance than the body, viewing carnal impulses as obstacles. Mandio perceives yielding to these primal urges as sinful. Where do you permit lust, rage, violence, or other emotions and bodily desires to overpower your rationality? It is imperative to consistently employ and apply your knowledge judiciously. Such conduct exemplifies the way of Mandio's followers.

Granted Divine Powers

Becoming a member of the clergy is a straightforward process. Upon entering, you'll encounter a room containing a large purple cube with a lavender triangle nested inside. Seating yourself beneath this structure, you'll commence your prayer to Mondu, articulating your reasons for seeking membership, your aspirations for the associated power, and your intended applications of it. Throughout this ritual, the mystical geometric configuration gradually absorbs your energy. Your supplication must be substantial; a minimum 5-minute speech is required. Upon completion, you may linger until you feel entirely drained of magical energy. Sensing exhaustion, extend and make contact with the cubic triangle. If only your energy returns, admission into the clergy is not granted. However, if you detect a new energy intermixed with your own and begin to perceive inner instructions, revealing your designated role within the clergy and the expectations thereof, you are now a member of the clergy of Mandio.
