WORLDEMBER 2023 HOMEWORK

Week 1

The time has arrived to prepare for the World Ember. So, of course, the goal is to write 10,000 words, which I enjoy doing, and am constantly astonished at how well I perform. So I'll be concentrating on a number of topics. This is to assist my Pathfinder groups that I run game for. In making the world more designed. So I'm updating the maps and focusing on the species this month. I realized that the species should be determined by physical and scientific criteria. Because culture shapes many people's personalities and influences what they like and detest.

So the first thing I'll work on is constructing kingdoms with broad governments and capitals. That way, my players could construct the character and get a sense of what Kingdom possesses. The next step will be to elaborate on the divinity; this is where my main concentration will most likely be to write about corrupt goddesses and gods, as well as the realm from whence gods and goddesses, both good and terrible, are said to come. In addition to their main servants or anything unique about them, the original gods have their own avatars on Elema That I like to flush out. Also, write out the main church of the eight gods and goddesses. In addition, a group I will construct for each of the 16 gods and goddesses.

I'd also like to work on possibly making the animals I've been designing for my Summoner. He can summon earth, fire, wind, water, and air types, and I've been progressively drawing each of the ones I've mostly summoned. I like to include these drawings in my world.

I also wish to work on some unique goods and devices. I enjoy making things and haven't done so in a long time. Also, I've been focused more on drawing lately, so this is where I'll begin refocusing on my writing and hopefully establish a balance in the coming year.

I'd also like to try to write an article for each of the article challenges that will be available. To expand my world and provide additional opportunities for my players to encounter.

So, yeah, concentrate but not focus, gotta love having an ADHD brain, and this is the first part of my homework for World Ember, thanks for reading.

Week 2

Well, I'm not really sure how this little Min Meta will differ from what I said at the top, so I might simply restate it here with a possible addition. I will so concentrate on the divine for the World Ember challenge, giving them greater depth and fleshing out so that they can be readily assimilated into the world. I'm going to go over each challenge that is offered, choose the ones I want to take on and come up with something original and fascinating. That can be utilized later on for my own games or, possibly, for the creation of the story I start set to write.

I'm sure I'll reach 10,000 words, but perhaps this year I can aim for 15,000. It all depends on how much time I have available during the holidays. I'm also planning to extend an invitation to my real-life and online gaming buddies. to look it over new articles and, if they so want, to assist me in supporting me. My goal is to create an engaging and distinct universe where my players will always be curious to learn more. I hope to eventually reach the volume and perhaps even establish up certain kingdoms and divine where they can ask questions and receive I can tell them about it and add what we create to it easily.

I like that you're starting by giving your players the framework to build their characters out from. It's a really good idea. :) Have a great WorldEmber!
