Alaca
Alaca is a small port town located in the southern part of the Shining Coast and acts as a way stop for many merchant ships as well as military vessels looking for resupply.
The port town of Alaca is mainly made up of dwarves and gnomes but many of the the other races seen within the Shining Coast can be found coming and going.
Alaca is governed by a consortium of wealthy merchants, led by a male dwarf named Leifro.
