The Dominion of Vinargul borders against the Sea of Kalle and The Shining Coast.  It is a country which holds sway over the desert area and it's many independent tribes.

The general climate of the country is hotter than normal. Dominion of Vinargul claims an area of 1402 square miles.

Shining Coast:  Border relations are tense due to the nature of the Dominion's turning of a blind eye to slavery and illegal trafficking of goods as well as incursions by members of the larger thieve's guilds and renegade tribes invading into the Shining Coast's territories.

Trade & Transport

Much of the trade and transportation of goods out of the Dominion is done through the capitol of Hawold where the Dominions own ships and other trader vessels anchor.  Trade goods are brought from inland by merchant and tribal caravans.
