Podesius
(a.k.a. Tidal King)
Podesius, also known as the Tidal King, is a male human god of the sea, earthquakes, storms, and horses and is considered one of the most bad-tempered and moody of the Elerilan gods. He is known to be vengeful when insulted. He is most notably the god of the sea and the protector of all waters; sailors rely upon him for safe passage. He is also the husband of the Phantom Queen, Imil.

The Tidal Kings followers safeguard the writings and teaching of their patron on scrolls and tablets that have been treated against damage from water. They hold them in the various temples that can be found in seaside caves and along rivers and lakes.

Tenets of Faith
The Tidal King is the god of the seas, oceans and endless depths. His strength is that of the crashing wave and his wrath is as merciless as the storm. His followers are often sailors, fishermen and others who depend on the sea. They beseech Podesius to protect their ships, deliver a bountiful harvest unto their nets, or send storms to crush the vessels of enemy ships.

Nonco is a religious holiday celebrated on the 24th of Autumnalia. It is associated with water, lust, chaos and a parting of ways. Celebrations last from dawn till dawn again.
Physical Description
General Physical Condition
The Tidal King often apprears as a powerfully built human with bare skin except for armor pieces on his shoulder, wrists, and lower legs made of hardened chitin. He brandishes a gold and chitinous trident and wears a crown of coral upon his brow.

Contacts & Relations
Being a bad tempered and moody deity, Podesius is often left alone by his peers unless absolutely needed. During times of his rage the only one who can seem to attempt to control his rages and consul is counterpart and wife Imil.
