The highest rank attainable within The Arcanium Index, it is granted to the one who has mastered the most schools of magic within the organization. The Heads of each Department together take the decision on which individual shall be granted this title, since it can only be held by one person. Being granted this title also makes you the leader of The Arcanium Index.
