The elderly woman working at Café Veronica. While she likely should have retired long ago, she loves working at the café and she loves baking. While she is not the fastest worker, the customers and the staff all love her, and with recent events it is also very reassuring that she has an easy way to contact her son Joshua Roberts, who is the Captain of the City Guards.
She has a magical stone she can activate in case of emergency which lets her send a few words directly to her son if she is in trouble, and she is still somewhat traumatized after the last time she had to use it. When one of her favorite customers; Benny Marlowe was assaulted by a strange adventurer.
