Kagos

One of the more wealthier cities in the world. An Elladonian city located near the border to Theria, they have a large market where almost anything can be found. Including magical items and exotic beasts to some extent, but not everything sold there is of the promised quality. Scams do happen, but the government will hunt down those who do scam others within the walls of Kagos. People cross from the other side of the border to buy magical items here, since they are extremely rare in Theria.
In this town you can also find the royal bank and one of the major research facilities for the Arcanium Index.
