Petra Strongarm

The delinquent child of Annette and Adrien Strongarm. After the death of her mother she started distancing herself from the rest of the family, likely filled with grief that she did not know where to channel. She has a "I do what I want" sort of attitude and as a result refuses to work, though she feels a little guilty having her sister support her financially.
She is considering leaving Penrith to start over, since today the people of Penrith don't treat her very well. She has spent plenty of nights locked in the jails of Penrith Garrison, much to the disappointment of her sister Lexie Strongarm. All for petty theft that did not need to be done in the first place.
