A hunter living in Penrith who spends most of his time either hunting or caring for his elderly mother Edith Acton. He constantly seems to be stressed as his elderly mother never seems to relax which means that neither can be.
He is definitely a family man who feels quite bad about not having managed to make a family of his own yet, but with everything happening in Alterwood he feels like anything like that will have to wait. If anything, he dreads that the tragedies happening around not just Penrith but all towns in Alterwood will give his old mother a heart attack.
