Rosalita II Stormchaser

The fourth child of Charles Stormchaser and Rhonwen Stormchaser, named after her grandmother: Rosalita Stormchaser but nicknamed Rose. She is a kind, sweet girl who cares for the wellbeing of the people. There was a recent change in her behavior regarding her thoughts about the peasants which seems to have made her a more caring person. She also recently had a drastic haircolor changed which almost seemed magical where her hair turned from a almond brown to a bright blonde.
She is a good friend of Jasper O'Sullivan and Amber Lindwood, as they grew up and studied together.
