Nequarine

High Elves of the Nequarine Basin are commonly known as Nequarine Elves by those looking to distinguish them from their close cousins in the [[Sapphire Margin]] or their distant cousins, the Desert Elves. Although some minority populations of other races live on and around Lake Nequetal, they are not commonly seen as being Nequarine, even if their families have lived in the Elven cities for decades or even centuries. Halfling servants in Iuzon are also not considered Nequarine, nor are they often considered at all.
