Phyyginites

The native humans of the Sapphire Margin. The ruins of their once-great kingdoms are scattered across the Star-Strewn Sands and the people themselves a small minority of the Sapphire Metropoles which dominate the region. Though politically insignificant, they are well-known for their skilled craftsmen and often elaborate religious rituals, and are immediately recognizable in a crowd due to their charcoal-black skin and often tall stature.
