Structure

The company is loosely structured and loosely organized with Ephraim Rubyback as leader. He sets company objectives and coordinates day-to-day duties and movements. The company books are managed by the Steward Acalan, who works at Ephraim's orders. While he considers his authority absolute over company matters, Ephraim is far more likely to poll the company for changes and decisions than press his luck enforcing an unpopular decision. The company is financed by a combination of town contracts, ongoing payment for daily patrols and guard work, and a 10% cut from any treasures secured by mercenaries.

Public Agenda

The company is contracted by the Sirakun to defend the town should it fall under attack and patrol the town day to day to eliminate internal threats and enforce the law. Mercenaries are also contracted and otherwise encouraged to patrol the local area and investigate points of interest to put down threats before they can become an issue for the town or the trade route which goes through it.

Assets

Rubyback's Boys and Ladies owns a guildhall in the heart of Sirakun, very near to the central plaza. It also has a 100gp pearl for identify spells stored in the hall at all times for easy access by any who need to use it.
