Ma’at
The leader of the Axiomite people, Ma’at is physical construct of her people's collective consciousness. This makes her virtually immortal, as long as enough of her subjects continue to venerate her. The choice to form a leader out of aggregate thought was an attempt to circumvent bias or prejudice. In theory, Ma’at is the ultimate form of a democratic leader.
Due to the nature of her existence, Ma'at can take on any physical form she chooses, and has absolute knowledge of what occurs in the city of Axis.
