Primordial Ooze

The primeval soup that acts as a sort of 'elemental glue', pouring its elements into the cosmos in order to expand spacetime. Existing in a never ending volatile state, this realm means death for most creatures unless they can escape to one of its four edges. It is in each of these 'corners' that the elements find the purest form. Though technically safer, survival is still not guaranteed.

Unlike the more stable elemental planes, any sentient life within the Primordial Ooze has yet to be discovered or reveal itself. However, that has not stopped scholars from peering into the elemental soup. One such scholar, named Kara Greenheart, was able to successfully extract raw matter from the plane. While an impressive feat on its own, Greenhearts research on the raw matter led to evidence that now makes up the foundation of the Four Essences.
