From kilometers away, you can see the lights. In this arid wasteland, there are hardly any wonders so fanciful, so bright, so colorful than a neon glow in the distance. You may believe your eyes are deceiving you, but as you get closer, you can hear the sounds, the music. Whimsical melodies play in a neverending chorus, colorful explosions illuminate the air. You are drawn in by the awe. As you approach, you are greeted by an intimidating gate and wall, but the sights and sounds beyond offer a contrasting opinion. Once on the other side, it's all smiles and fun! dancers parade the streets in intricate moves, vendors offer one-of-a-kind delicassies with the most alluring smells, and every building is alive with moving images and noise. The stimulation is overwhelming but, intoxicating. It's hard to take it all in, but the spectacle compels you to not look away. One of the spirited dancers notices you and makes their way over in a truly intimate display. As they reach out to you and give a most captivating smile, they whisper to you.

There are very few people who live here by accident. Almost everyone is an entertainer of sorts, either works for, provides, or supports the entertainment industry that dominates this city.
