Bluebell Fields has been in Glynro Alderfond 's family for at least 3 generations, and his wines are more of a niche interest served among crowds who are loyal to his blend. Traditional white wines that come from his barrels contain a slight violet tint, because along with the rows of grapes he grows, he also grows Bluebells that are part of his recipe giving the wine a floral taste that has a cult following, “Violet Blanc”
