Master of the Realm of the Dead Chiwa
Chiwa, the keeper of the Realm of the Dead is restless, as in she never rests. Her champions all assist her in either her pet projects or to help her keep and acquire the souls that need knotted on her Thread of Mortality.
When Chiwa welcomes a soul to the Realm of the Dead, Chiwa passes judgment on them. She alone decides if their soul should continue the cycle or if their soul has reached, "Perfect Clarity." When judgment is complete souls who remain within the cycle of time are given a station in The Realm of the Dead and Chiwa adds a knot to her Thread of Mortality. Once a soul has reached the end of their time in The Realm of the Dead Chiwa undoes the knot and they are reborn on Ellon once again.
Most Prime Deities accrue power from the worship they receive via their Champions, or the gods that serve them, they also absorb a large amount of power when souls of mortals they have favored reach "Perfect Clarity" and are ready to meet the final rest.Chiwa as the master of the Realm of the Dead does not have favored souls she collects, she accrues a majority of her power from the souls she maintains in her realm.

Chiwa is the twin sister to Chinmayu Prime Master of Life and while they are siblings who look similarly due to their powers as prime dieties they often appear very different. Born long ago in the realm of immortals Chiwa and Chinmayu crossed through the astral sea and chose to make their home with their allies and rule over the world now known as Ellon.
