Frozen Chunma Charters

A small shack towards the southern edge of the docks with several water vessels tied up nearby. The sign a top the small shack says "Frozen Chunma Charters" but it is extremely faded. The wood inside is extremly warped and water damaged, everything looks a little wet and a little frozen. There is no hearth or stove inside. Behind the counter there is a large iron tub filled with ice and cold blue water, a stool, and a door to a back room.
