Turbinia
Turbinia is a village built above the Iliac River north of the Cirilian Fork and suspended between the southern portion of the Matriarch Mountains. It is a satellite town to Tinkerton.
Demographics
The town inhabits those from all across Elloría, but a slight majority of them are gnomes who had migrated from Tinkerton.
Government
There is not real form of hierarchy in the village since it is rather small and not powerful. A Mayor is elected to govern the town on behalf of Tinkerton.
Architecture
The buildings are built in a canyon of the Matriarch Mountains above the Iliac River. Each structure is soundly supported by steel girders.
Geography
Its unique location allows what few residents living there to have quick access to vegetation of the area as well as the natural waterflow from down below.
Natural Resources
Turbinia takes advantage of its natural wind tunnel by placing wind turbines on the sides of all girder structures. This generates power to run all sorts of machinery that the tinkerers have brought to town.
