Verminfolk is an umbrella characterization of those throughout Elloría, such as Ratfolk and Mousefolk.

Basic Information

Genetics and Reproduction

Much like their animal ancestor, Verminfolk reproduce in large numbers. Most families will have around 5-10 kids.

Growth Rate & Stages

Ratfolk reach adulthood around 12 and live to around 50 years. Mousefolk reach adulthood around 5 and tend to live for about 40 years.

Ecology and Habitats

Verminfolk are a dynamic bunch. They can adapt to many of the worlds difficult terrains, even the urban ones.

Perception and Sensory Capabilities

Having lived in very dark places, their eyesight is remarkable when no light is around. Their noses also still hold a very keen perception.

Civilization and Culture

History

It is unclear when the Verminfolk first arrived in Elloría. One day the people noticed the rats and mice were getting bigger, and bigger, and bigger. Before they knew it, the rats were several feet tall and speaking the common languages.
