Great Organics
Geography
The Great Organics are one of the most unique places in all the world. The Great Organics are essentially a colossal flatland, infused with rich soil and fertile, natural- growing crops. Large Seren farming estates, along with many smaller farmers, dominate the land. The Great Organics were once under control of Mesalan, and indeed, much of the cultivation of the land is due to Mesalanic farmers. However, after the Twilight War and the Age of Power, the Seren began to absorb the land into the Empire. The Great Organics are split into two exarchates: the Exarchate of Nameria and the Exarchate of Elynstar, the former composing of the eastern sections of the Great Organics, while the latter composing of the west, reaching all the way to the Empharron Bay.
The landscape is particularly interesting because huge veins of the world actually leave the world, rising like huge organic mountains, and then reenter. It is one of the wildest, most awe-inspiring things that one can behold. The veins, called terrai, are very resilient. Neither sword blow nor any rocket of any siege weapon could harm the terrai veins. Though some vile sorcerers have attempted to sear the veins, even those attempts failed. It is a testament to the strength of nature that even the veins of the world can be more powerful than any mortal weapon or conjuration. The terrai take up huge parts of the landscape, and are considered by the Theodons, Tyches, Hibrutes, Seren, Ardians, Negedscar, Ginharo Monstarous, Norgans, and Eteneri to be sacred.
A section of the Great Organics, inside the Exarchate of Elynstar, is known as Artoa, meaning “Land of Windmills.” Artoa is a famous experimental place for sciences. There are over 140 windmills in the land that act as energy sources for elaborate scientific schemes. The region is a Wonder of the World.
