Mezin

A small, quiet farming community in the foothills of the Northiron Mountains. The rich soil allows for a wide variety of crops, though wheat, onions, rutabaga, tomatoes and grapes are most favored. For this reason some goblins and dwarven wine merchants have settled here, preferring the quiet life over the larger cities such as nearby Morodar.
In distant history, Mezin was the host to a military outpost and a garrison for the Order of the Hammer, the paladins devoted to the dwarven god, Augustin the Forgemaker. Even today some of the fantastic monuments in the town’s old cemetery, still bear some of the delicate sculpting from that period.
