Recipe Nockridge Breast with Spiced Cherry Sauce
This recipe, meant for cooking in a campfire over the course of about an hour, uses a somewhat common large nonmigratory bird found in the northern grasslands and on the sparser edges of forests in central Edoya. It cooks on a bed of root vegetables cut into bite-size chunks, which gives it a well-balanced main course of protein, starch, savory, and sweet to bind and fuel the kitchen magic.

It is very pleasing to the palate - I'll have two please.Ingredients: 1 nockridge breast, broth, sugar, cinnamon, cloves, dark sweet cherries, cornstarch, assorted root vegetables Effect: heals 1d8+3 points of damage plus delay pain for 1 hour per chef's level as the clerical spell. Requires resting calmly while eating for at least 15 minutes before effect begins.
