Eingana

A city along the Central River of Norland. This town serves as a central location for farmers and traders of the northern half of the country, and its collection of large windmills have become symbolic of the hopes of aspiring adventurers seeking fame and fortune.
The three sections of the city:

1. New Eingana in the west, the main upscale hub of the city
2. Elftown in the southwest, a center for elven diaspora. As of late it has become encroached upon by wealthy dwarves.
3. The East Side across the river, an older and run-down section of the city that has remained mostly impoverished. It has been traditionally managed by the Association, an extralegal organization that enforced laws and distributed goods but has now descended to criminal activity to stay afloat.
